Join us for our Sunday Social program

Sunday Social is a unique opportunity designed for students and young adults with disabilities as they transition out of school and into the professional world. This program combines the thrill of water sports with valuable socialization and professional training, all within a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

What the Sunday Social Program Offers:

Water Sports Adventures: Participants can enjoy sailing, paddle sports, fishing, and island exploration, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Biscayne Bay.

Creative and Cultural Activities: Engage in art, music, and multimedia projects that encourage self-expression and creativity.

Professional Growth: For those interested in gaining work experience, the program offers internship opportunities and employment training to help build the skills needed for future success.

Family Involvement: We also invite families with disabled members to join us for a free family sail. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the healing and empowering effects of being on the water, while also learning about the various Shake-A-Leg Miami programs that can enhance their lives.
