As a mentor, you’ll be integrated into our "We Can Sail" program, guiding children through the exciting world of sailing and watersports. This immersive experience is designed to develop your mentoring skills and build lasting memories for both you and the kids.
To ensure you’re fully prepared, you’ll attend three required mentor training sessions. These sessions are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role.
High School Students: You must be a high school student interested in gaining community service hours and learning how to work with children with disabilities.
Commitment to Training: Attendance at all three mentor training sessions is mandatory.
