Summer Camp Director
Kiandra Rhaney

Kiandra’s spirit is shown in the story of how she found Shake-A-Leg Miami. When she was first referred to SALM, she had no resume and no experience, but it did not stop her. She went to the library to use a computer and solicit advice. Soon enough, Rhaney was volunteering with our program, and today, she is our Summer Youth Program Manager. The heart and drive Kiandra showed on day one is the same she gives to our summer camp program when planning, interviewing, and managing. It's no wonder it is so popular! When not hard at work Rhaney loves to dance, cook, and sing, (although she insists, she cannot really hold a tune). And when pressed for something fun, Kiandra says, “Everything is fun about me!” ... with which we heartily agree.
